Introduction to Blues (8.30 pm - 9.30 pm)

Description: Get an introduction to Blues dancing from 8.30 pm - 9.30 pm. Blues dancing developed alongside blues music. It is an improvised partnered dance, which has a relaxed and grounded feel. There is plenty of room for creativity as dancers attempt to translate the mood of the music played. Many Lindy Hoppers also incorporate swing moves into Blues dancing.

Level: This is an open level class, both beginners and advanced dancers are welcomed to join.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission into class if attendees arrive later than 10 mins after the start of the class

Social Dancing (9.00 pm - 11.30 pm)

Dance the night away with great music and get your weekly dose of exercise in! Do bring your own water as the venue may sell limited amount of drinks. 

If you are unable to purchase your tickets online, please take note that tickets can be purchased at the door with cash/bank transfer.
